The binaries are named with the Lua version, the compiler's target machine (gcc -dumpmachine), an optional cross compilation host (pi, wd) and the date.

For Windows, you need the mingw version, such as luajls-5.3-i686-w64-mingw32.20190822.zip
For Linux, you probably need some x86 version, luajls-5.3-x86_64-linux-gnu.20190912.tar.gz
For the Raspberry Pi (3 Model B+), luajls-5.3-arm-linux-gnueabihf-pi.20190914.tar.gz
For WD MyCloud (Gen1, Sequoia), luajls-5.3-arm-linux-gnueabihf-wd.20190914.tar.gz
